Senior Options Systems is committed to providing the highest quality psychotherapy services to the community. Our unique practice provides psychotherapy services in a variety of settings to meet our client’s needs.  Our private practice office is located at 111 Nesconset Highway/ 347, Hauppauge, NY Suite 108. In addition we provide onsite counseling services to many clients residing at Assisted Living Facilities throughout Long Island.  For our clients who are homebound and cannot access services due to physical limitations/caregiving issues we are able to offer home visits or telehealth.

We recognize the idea of therapy can feel uneasy to some people especially if you have no prior experience with it.  We want to assure you that all of our clinicians are Masters level Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW). Our team of social workers have experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, trauma, social isolation, bereavement and overall loss.  SOS therapists help provide clients and their families with the needed support and coping skills to achieve a level of well-being.

Since therapy is a process we have found it is best to start with an initial consultation where we can explore whether we are a good fit to work together. Our goal is to provide a safe, non-threatening, judgement free environment that allows you to explore your feelings at your comfort level.
