Hi, I’m Jennifer Rogak LCSW-R, founder of Senior Options Concierge Care Consulting.

As a trusted advisor with nearly 3 decades of healthcare experience, I empower older adults and their families to navigate complex care decisions with confidence. My personalized approach focuses on understanding your unique needs, advocating for your well-being, and providing expert guidance to ensure informed choices of ALL available options.

Early in my career as a hospital and community homecare social worker, I witnessed firsthand the challenges individuals face when navigating the healthcare system. This inspired me to create a private practice where I could offer a different kind of support – one that prioritizes your needs and helps you make decisions free from pressure.

My 25 years of working with older adults and caregivers in my mental health psychotherapy practice along with my expansive knowledge of healthcare resources positions me to provide not only concrete assistance but also emotional support during stressful times. I take great pride in helping clients understand their options, make informed choices, and prioritize their well-being.
